I plugged my usb cord in and it doesn’t work. And I don’t understand if something wrong? How does this work exactly??

The USB cord needs to be plugged into an external source of power, such as a power adaptor. There is no power in the actual cord. You will need an external source (such as T-CORE USB C Portable Charger 22.5W PD20000M,one of The Smallest and Lightest 10000mAh External Battery Ultra-Compact). You charge that and connect it to the cord in your backpack, where it will be ready if you need it! Hope this helps!

Cleaning instructions? Coffee was spilled on the top and straps and can see a stain and smell the spill. Ok to machine was on gentle?

I spilled coffee in mine I just used oxiclean spray and scrub and it worked. I would probably wash mine but not dry it.

There is a way to turn the USB port to an off position if you remove any connected cords on both ends of the connectors.
