Good mallets for the price. Both are pretty hard so be careful not to damage instruments. As a result of that as well, they are pretty loud but have good sound quality. Pretty sturdy as mallets go, but any mallets can be easily broken. They function as any other mallets would, simple enough. Normal size and weight as well. No complaints.

Both styles are working great so far we have a small marimba in the house and everybody’s loved playing with these mallets.

Very sturdy and strong for the price. The mallets are very hard, if you use them for marimba they will produce a hard sharp attack. The handles feel great and grippy as they are natural wood. Great for learning or specific sound on the marimba.
