My First Search & Find: Things That Go!-A Perfect, Fun-Filled Way to Introduce Children to Vehicles and What they Do (My First Search & Find)

The pages were colorful and the pictures were large and simple. Not to much detail so it kept my grandson's attention. Perfect for me and my 2.5 year old grandson to sit and have fun with on a rainy lazy day. We could find the objects and make up stories about the other objects on the pages.

Was afraid I would be disappointed. It was listed as a "board book" and I figured it would be small, short, and for very, very young toddlers. I purchased as a gift for a 3-year-old and feared it may be too young. It IS indeed a board book but not the teeny 5x5 kind for really little hands. It is 8.5x11 and the pages are what I think will be really good for 3-5yo. Each set of pages has either a column on each of the extreme edges with items (5 each side) to look for across the two-page spread or a row of 10 items along either the top or the bottom with items to look for across the two-page spread. The items are fun things for a little one to look for - school bus, fire truck, pirate ship, monster truck, police motorcycle, etc. Each two-page spread has kind of a theme: Around the City, By the Sea, Wheels on the Go, To the Rescue, On the Construction Site, Fun at the Park, Busy Farm, Up in the Air. I am very excited to gift this to the intended recipient. My own son and I enjoyed the "Can You See What I See?" books by Walter Wick. This is sort of similar but age appropriate for a younger audience. Fun!!

Bought as a gift for my nephews 4th birthday. He loves it. He learning new words and say with it for hours. The illustrations are so good as well.

My kids love this! We take it on the go to restaurants or what not and it’s great entertainment for them. It’s nice that it uses white board markers so it can be reused over and over!

Bought this for my son to do on his first plane ride and he loves it. We have it in the car and use frequently for long car rides or out at restaurants. We use a dry erase marker to circle the items when he finds them

This book is awesome! The pages are thick, sturdy & very vibrant. My preschool kiddos loving looking at this book & finding the pictures!

This is one of my grandson’s favorite books. We have lots of books. I am a book fanatic so when I find one that keeps a 2-year-old interested, I take note. Nice illustrations. This one is great for kids who love trucks. He is very intent on finding each object. An effective way to learn the names of vehicles, to focus and to search. I’ve even learned the correct name for certain vehicles. I guess we’re never too old to learn.
