Would they break easily for a 9 year old to play with?

I would no. They are like a normal barbie doll. My 9 year old has one and it's still in pretty good shape

Will normal ken doll clothes fit the bts dolls?

They would be big. The BTS doll bodies are very thin and have proportionally very long calves to give them their height. I'm sure BTS doll clothes would not fit a Ken doll, but the other way around depends on your definition of fit.
