I was sceptical that this would mince meat without turning it into paste. I was wrong. Like the rest of the Bamix kit, it excels.

It's a bamix. The only blade missing from my set and not dissapointed. Does exactly what it's supposed to. Like I said it's a Bamix blade so didn't expect anything less than quality.
