Very Good Printer Refill System
Best personal printer I have ever owned. Ink bottles are so much easier to use. Awesome colors and quality after more than 5000 prints.

Just as promised
Epson Eco-Tank printers produce great results and are cost competitive with laser printers unless you're lucky enough to find a reliable source for remanufactured laser cartridges. I've never considered using some cheap ink in Epson printers, as Epson's own prices are quite reasonable and produce excellent results--especially with color where you need consistent output. Regarding the seller, delivery was fast and the ink was well protected.

Good Stuff (very good printer too!)
The ET-16500 is a very good printer. Not the ultimate in photo-quality, but for our uses it's great, and very inexpensive to use. We let one of the ink tanks run dry, and it took several cleaning cycles to get things working again, but that's the worst I can say about the printer. And although I didn't expect it to be used much as a scanner, we're doing that sometimes, as well. No issues with that either. Now to the ink. I'm still not sure if the 774 ink recommended for this printer (only comes in black) is actually different than the 664 black ink, but it does come in a larger size than the 664. And although the Epson ink is more costly than its knockoffs, it's still very cheap to use, and I'm much more sure of its consistency from batch to batch, so we're sticking with the Epson brand.

Excellent Ink
We have use this Inc for years and our Epson refillable tank printer. That’s giving us wonderful results and we find it so economical. No problems whatsoever as long as we’re neat while we refill it.

epson ecotanks have some issues, but can't beat long term value with inexpensive and refillable ink
I've had a second generation epson ecotank printer for about 2.5 years. Decided to try this due to the increasing amount of printing we needed for our kids. Photo quality is not good, but for everything else, it was worth the high initial purchase price. After 2 years, we finally went through the initially included ink. That's after some heavy printing as well as the occasional print head cleaning cycles that use a bunch of ink. Was time to purchase new ink, which costs about as much as a normal inkjet refill set, but will last another 2 years (as opposed to the skimpy amount on non refillable). that is, assuming the printer lasts that long, but I think within the next year, I'll be purchasing a new ecotank
