EDIT: Changed to three stars because the dirtiness of it is something that genuinely concerns me after thinking about it for a few days.ORIGINAL REVIEW: It gets 4 stars because its all in one piece and its what I ordered. But its... dirty. The white tray that the bamboo sits on is dirty, there are hairs and dirt on the cups and in the teapot (I shook it out before I took the picture). I'm not sure this is a new product and will be giving it at least TWO thorough washings and rinsing everything with boiling water before I use it.

We just got back into brewing fine tea in the gongfu style, and I wanted a traditional set. Using this is fun and rewarding. There is nothing about it that feels cheap.The white porcelain is very thick but still translucent to light; it sheds heat nicely in the pour between the pot, the filter, the gongdao cup, and finally into our cups; one pot of tea fills each of the four cups once (or in our case, each cup twice). Within a minute of pouring, we can enjoy the fresh tea at an optimal temperature.It's a pleasant and complete set for brewing fine tea over and over, and it's very simple to clean up. The tray drains well and cleans easily, and the inclusion of the carrying case makes me feel confident that the set will hold up nicely when we move house.The price was very, very good for a set this complete and this well-made. Dehua porcelain has a very good reputation, and it's nice to see it held up.

I love this set and it is worth five stars! It has everything you need and is made of porcelain, all for a very good price! A small piece came off of the teapot handle during shipping even though it was packed very well in foam. I like the set so much that I won't send it back, I am hoping I can get them to send a new teapot, but it is usable as is! If I can get a new teapot sent (willing to pay a small fee because it really was well-packed) I will give them five stars. For now it is 4.5 stars, but there is no way to show that;)

This seems to be perfect for someone who is just getting into gong-fu style loose leaf brewing, whether it be for a curious newbie or as a gift. It’s nothing extravagant as far as tea sets go but it works as it should nonetheless, and the price reflects that very well in my opinion. Beyond that, the fact that it comes with a functional travel case is a plus. Overall, no complaints from me. It works as advertised, it’s priced well, and it shipped completely and undamaged.

C'est ce que je cherchais. Les objets cassants sont protégés dans de la mousse coupée à dimensions. Les photos montrent bien ce que c'est sur la boutique. Les volumes sont plus petits que dans la description mais fonctionnent très bien les uns par rapport aux autres.Une perle décorative cassée dans l'emballage mais rien de nécessaire n'a été abîmé.Je suis contente de mon achat.
