Great product, mixes easily, and no real taste. Nice to make own dose without fillers. This supplement (choline) hasn't worked great for me, too stimulating :/

This is supposed to be a primary active ingredient is certain focus supplement blends. A lot more affordable to get it this way.

Don't don't listen to the reviews necessarily saying that the other ingredients from the 50/50 are bad for you because I looked it up and the percentages per serving especially daily or not that bad as silicon dioxide is in other stuff like the greens and stuff plants that we eat and about the same percentage sometimes more sometimes less the maltodextrin I don't know I would say that hey it's not aspartame but it is an anti-kicking agent the maltodextrate it didn't spell that right it was talk to text but anyways I use this in my second purchase I started using a little can that is airtight and it takes a lot longer depending on how long you keep it open while you're using it and how humid the room is and if you lock that in there with it being wet at all but let me say this I want a week without this product and another nootropic I had without it and I didn't get the headaches but it didn't work as well but with this product I really noticed the difference in my energy I still do you got to make sure you you just use this one more for in the open you don't want to breathe it in do not breathe in the powder if you can help it I'll moving around or if you spill it wear a covid mask to be safe you know and then when she got in your drink you're good to go you're not going to inhale it as long as you're not sitting trying to powder into the capsules which it was going to take much more because of the 50/50 depending on if you're using it to resupply your own product or if you're doing it for yourself it's still going to take more unless you want to put it in the capsues a,nd make two for one total serving and mix your other nootropics in there but they're in also good standing with me I like fit potters and I like their prices. I want to give this on the four because of the fact that I have yet to try it but the other codeine that it compares on the page and that one doesn't look like he clunks up either way I have some 99% Alpha GPC that I have yet to get from my girlfriend that I had sent over to her house and I'm kind of scared it's been there for a couple months now but she hasn't opened it but I want to see if it clunks up ridiculously or if it stays powder. The 50/50 does give one good really good thing I like it it's about it it's the fact that if you scoop and you're just scooping and not using a scale and you are sensitive to this product and you want to take less or you accidentally take too much is it still buy a tad you know just by it's at just by a tad not like over like a lot even if you did an extra scoop on accident at least it's 50/50 and it's hard to tell with the density and I think I'm going over on accident plenty of times but it's wet heavy so you know it's it's just the fact that and I'm sorry because I have to talk to text on this one but this is a good product I went without it and then I went back on it cycled on accident cuz I ran out and that was one thing because I had to you know I accidentally kept it in the zip container which wasn't really a good idea because that zipper isn't really fully airtight when I ve ripped it open get that quickly into your own thing your own container. I also leave this overnight so it's ready to go in the morning and it will settle a little bit so you want to make sure to stir it back but otherwise if you're just making it to make it right then and there it's easy to drink and it doesn't as long as you mix it up anyways it's not like El phenylalanine where you have to like mix it really really well and then that still taste nasty this one doesn't have a bad taste to it and I've taken the assumption that the lots of extra and the other stuff but make it the other 50% count that is probably what makes it taste sweetish but regardless that to me means that this product would normally have no taste at all which is okay with me the powder at the bottom if it settles if or is not served up that much it really isn't bad tasting at all and it's a good product I wouldn't want to throw it in my mouth and just swallow it down with some water because of the accidental inhalation of the silicone dioxide can cause some sort of disorder I was reading to the lungs but you know other than that just be careful and I think that if you're messing around with any powder something that you should be careful especially like use a scale if possible it's hard with this one cuz it's sticks and if it does the scoop wipe that scoop out every now and then and keep it out of the thing the container whatever but I like the way it comes the bag is very good and protected they seal it very well I've never had a problem with them I've had a problem with it getting shipped to the wrong place which is actually my fault but still they lost one in a totally different town which is not the products fault it's actually the UPS that's their fault and then they did a quick return and they actually just sent another one and it was sent very quickly very very quickly and I like that it was a fit powder so supplement the only other supplements that I use in powder form so far not counting certain nootropics are from another company that is very well prominent on here too but I like this one and I like this company and I know that it works because all three products I believe three that I've bought from them are legitimate and with this one yeah you got the clumpiness I take the little pouch out that I had in the first one and I haven't really seen it in a second and third unless I dump it out and it's just stuck in the bottom of the bag or something I don't know that it says do not eat unless that was like supposed to be taking out or something machine like accidentally I don't know I don't know but that was what I assumed was silicone dioxide as it is the little percentage the rest would probably be the maltodextrin. I do apologize for some spelling as I do talk to text through some of these I think you'll understand I mean at least you know it's an English review so people that have broken English would definitely have the same spelling as some of the words I've read worse but I'm sure mine is just fine you could easily spell check by looking In maybe call me an idiot if you want but I made up for it by half the time using the word nitropic shows up as see how it spells it it just is how clear your voice is.I purchased from this company probably 15 or more times if not way more I don't know this product itself I'm on my like third fourth or fifth bag I don't know and I have yet to try another brand I don't need to after the week without it oh yeah it makes a huge difference and again just like I said in another review for a nootropic my thing is you got to have expectations and review done on these things like research so you know exactly what they do and then put them into your body and then you'll understand a little more why you may feel certain things work and certain things don't trust me this company doesn't fail to provide

I am having some memory issues, I find Choline in general helps my energy, mood and concentration but this 50% Alpha-GPC form is best for me because I can adjust the dosage easily. If I get too much of it I will be have a little trouble sleeping. I take it first thing in the morning with L-theanine and/or Alpha lipoic acid and l-Carnatine.
