I love it

Bought it, downloaded "Mi Home" app and followed instruction until "SCAN QR CODE PART". It took me more than 1 HOUR for the camera to finally accept the QR code from the "Mi Home" app. Worked for 1 Day. My router is from Verizon - Fios Quantum Gateway. The next day, I opened the app and it says the device is offline. I check the camera and it flashing blue. I followed the instruction again. Hold reset button for 3s etc etc... and this time, the QR code won't even recognize by the xiaomi camera. I'm writing this review while holding my phone waiting / Begging the xiaomi camera to scan the code. For fking sake.

The camera works perfectly fine, very easy to setup, very good picture quality. However, I bought this camera because in the description it was mentioned that it supports motion tracking, but I couldn’t find any option in the app to do that. I was going to buy the Wyze pan cam which I know it supports motion tracking but I finally settled on this one, and now I regret my decision

The camera is often disconnected and cannot be connected. There is no way to scan the QR code.

The product is made of quality. For some reason, it was damage after a few months of operation.
