Did not work for us
No bezel . Advertised with brown frame no frame came . Looks like a regular tv.Tv doesn’t work frozen on a blue screen after. Few minutes of watching news.Picture quality is horrid and not compatible with Hotwire cable.Packing it up

Broken Frame
The frame came broken on both the top and bottom frame pieces. Pain in the a**.

Horrible picture
Picture is horrible and very hazy. Spent many hours watching utube videos and working on how to calibrate color, etc. My 10 year old Samsung has a much better picture than this one. Such a disappointment.

Poor workman ship and support
DO NOT purchase a Samsung Fram TV. I purchased one and after three years the One Connect box failed and they no longer support the One Connect Box. You can not purchase a replacement. Samsung will not help with a replacement. They still sell a Frame tv but it uses a different model of box now.

Great solution for buyers looking for something different than a normal tv.
I bought the set that was suppose to come with a bezel and they sent one without the bezel. I didn’t realize this until halfway through the install. I called Amazon and they took care of me.Love the look and aesthetic. TV works great. The Artwork is portrayed with a lower light profile than the Tv which helps it look like art vs a TV.

Frame tv customer for life!
I am 100% sold!!! I am so ocd about my decor and I (new house, not finished with some of our finishing touches yet) I love not having a “tv” above my fireplace!!! ❤️

Form and function
This TV is amazing if you are looking for a noninvasive screen in your space. The picture quality is great and the app selection is better than average. Would easily purchase again.
