Yes, I set it up in my living room and it's easy. Just follow the instructions that come with the tent.

Does it have factory seamed stiching for waterproofing?

Yes. Kelty is AMAZING about doing this! I have 2 tents from Kelty (including this wireless) both proven to be dry as a bone

Wireless? To what does this refer?

Not sure. There are 3 fiberglass poles that support the tent. It comes with excellent corner pegs. I set up and it rained hard. Perfectly dry with the rain fly and good air circulation. I would recommend the tent. The dual entrance is nice also.
