I'm a sucker for sweet/savoury combinations and Hot Honey HITS, particularly with fried chicken and pizza. Great mild (not too floral) honey, with just a slight hint of chili and a bit of a kick. I wouldn't classify it as super spicy... maybe a 1 out of 5 on the scale, so I think it's also great for people who aren't particularly drawn to spicy foods.Love the value you get with this particular bottle and I always buy this one as opposed to the smaller one found in grocery stores.

I was skeptical of the idea of a chili infused honey. I worried that it would completely overpower the honey. Instead, the sweetness of the honey mellows the chili's heat to give a warming, almost cinnamon-like sensation. Initially I tried just a small amount in some oatmeal in a restaurant at the recommendation of the waiter. I ended up purchasing this larger bottle to have at the home. I've used it on chicken, in oats and rice porridge, and poured on vanilla ice cream.It's just the right viscosity for pouring and yet will stay on food without dripping off!

This purchase is the best value for money that I could personally find for Mikes Hot Honey, at this size. The actual site sells it for more, and to be honest, this was my first experience with the honey itself and I really recommend it! I am a big fan of regular honey, and was recommended this. I purchased a pepperoni pizza just to try this honey, and it was a great combo! I am excited to try it on other things. As someone who isn't that great with spice, I would say this honey is not spicy, as it caused me no issues.Overall, really good product!

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but this stuff is seriously addicting. It’s the perfect mix of sweet and spicy without being overpowering. Tried it on pizza and now I can’t go back to plain old slices. Also amazing on fried chicken and even drizzled over cheese. Honestly, I didn’t think honey could be this versatile. Just buy it, you’ll find a way to put it on everything

So I tried a hot honey sauce on wings I bought recently that was already on the wings. I couldn't purchase the sauce from that establishment so I ordered this. It's good and it does have some heat to it but it doesn't have the red pepper flakes in it and it's a little too sweet. I will definitely use it but may try other brands next time.

First time buy and I would definitely purchase again. Not too hot or to thick. Great over boursin or cream cheese with crackers. Great appetizer ingredient to have on hand.

Absolutely love this honey. I put it on pizza, chicken, in sauces, over veggies. Cant get enough. It adds the right amount of sweet and spicy!

WHOA. I wish I had known about this product sooner. It is super amazing. I WILL be purchasing again. Used it on ground turkey, sweet potatoes, and avocados.Sweetm not so hot. Perfect.
