BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. Excellent Product too.
For the product: It is super bright, installs easily. Looks good and fits the gun perfectly. Now the best part: I went to the range to sight it in without reading the instructions. I screwed it up. Ended up over adjusting and stripping the adjustment screw. I contacted the seller and they sent me another promptly. The product and the customer support are both AWESOME. My advice: READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!

ArmaLight for S&W E/Z
Excellent service in shipping, ordered on 2/2 and received it on 2/4/23. Step #1, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!! Step #2, REPETE Step #1 and enjoy the photos in the instructions. Went together well and fits the .380 like a glove. Dry run with it in the basement and it looks good. I'll know more when iI can get to the range and fine tune it. Already thinking of a 2nd one for my 9mm. Very Happy!! Add on 2/24/23, ordered my 2nd one today. Very happy so far !!

Good design and great value
The ArmaLaser is a good laser sight at a good price. The ArmaLaser TR28 model perfectly fits my Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 Shield EZ 9mm. It was easy to install and zero. The battery can be changed without removing or recalibrating the laser. It seems to hold zero well and be very accurate. I think this is a great system for self defense and CCW. You can easily and quickly get your gun on target from just about any position (e.g. without a proper stance, from retention, weird angles, while sitting, etc.) with both eyes open and without the need to ever get a proper sight picture with your iron sights and/or red dot. This may also be a really great system for people with eyesight issues. For example, my wife has a weird thing where she can't easily close her non-dominant eye and she can't get a good sight picture with both eyes open (she's not a frequent shooter) - she's also not good shooting with her non-dominant eye (and dominant eye closed). So, she really struggles to get a proper sight picture when using a gun with any of the traditional aiming methods (iron sights, red dot, scope, halo, etc ). So, in the past, she's either had to resort to "point shooting" or wearing an eye patch over her non-dominant eye - which she understandably finds frustrating and discourages her from wanting to shoot at all. With an ArmaLaser (or similar laser system) she's easily able to accurately get on-target and this instantly makes her a better and happier shooter.I do have a few minor gripes with the ArmaLaser... One issue is that the laser will only activate with bare fingers. If you're wearing standard gloves (i.e. not fingerless) the ArmaLaser won't work. Also, your middle finger needs to have good contact with the sensor (just below the trigger guard). If you don't get a proper grip, then the laser won't activate. Even with a decent grip, sometimes the laser won't turn on without some type of finger adjustment. The ArmaLaser is not a perfect product, but considering that this is about half the price of a Crimson Trace LaserGuard (which is a similar product), I'd say it's a great value. With that said, I recently purchased a Crimson Trace (CR) Laserguard, for one of my other guns. I personally far prefer the CR. I think the activation switch on the CR is much easier to use and more reliable. Also, if you don't mind paying the extra $$$, I highly recommend getting the green laser option (regardless of manufacturer). The green laser is much brighter and will work far better in daylight conditions and at longer distances. For self defense purposes, I think you want the most reliable product available that works under the widest number of conditions. In my opinion, the CR Laserguard green laser is the best product on the market right now for this purpose, but the ArmaLaser comes in a close second.

Touch activated laser.
I ordered this so that I can practice by dry firing at home. It was easy to install. Even I did it myself. I used it a bit on my living room wall and saw that I have some work ahead of me in keeping the weapon steady when I pull the trigger. I haven't had a chance to go to the range with it but I think it will be an excellent training tool. I especially like that it is touch activated and I won't have to fumble for an on/off switch in an emergency. It took a little longer than I had hoped to be received but was packaged well and exactly what I had hoped for.
