Bulova alarm clock
Larger than I expected, which was nice. Stylish, accurate, has snooze, and sound elevates if you don't hear it right away. Perfect. I had to buy a trusted brand to get a reliable clock.

UPDATE: RUNS SLOW, LOSES TIME. NOT A KEEPER.This alarm clock runs silently, and is easy to read with its large face. The alarm starts at a low volume and ramps up to wake you gently. The pinstripes surrounding the dial add style to an otherwise plain white plastic clock. The nightlight function is a very bright blue. A bit pricey.

Old school upgrade
We love this clock. It does everything it's a does. In the silence sweep is lovely. It's simple, It's perfect. And I love turning on the light it by hitting the snooze par. Perfect for people who wake up in the middle of the night and wanna know how much longer before I have to get up.

Clock seems nice, but is made in China
Thought that Bulova was made somewhere in North America or Europe - but it isn't. The box says packaging designed in the USA but the clock is made in China. I was specifically looking for one not made in China., so I wouldn't purchase this again - I would do more research.
