I am nothing short of amazed.I have Lyme disease. Suffered for 11 years now. I used to be on a different brand of aloe and it worked great, but I went off of it because it was just too expensive. Some symptoms returned, but I totally forgot that the aloe had helped me.Recently I have been having serious pain in my foot from a possible bunion - bottom of my big toe hurt like hell and couldn't walk for 2 weeks without a major limp. Swollen, too, on the bottom.I have been suffering from serious hair shedding and hair loss as well. I have Thyroid issues and was on Armour Thyroid. Having hot flashes like crazy and think it's from the meds.I also have GERD and Gluten Intolerance. I have heartburn from almost any food I eat. Went on Prilosec for months and it worked, but I don't like taking medication and I don't want other "issues" from the meds to crop up so I weaned off.HORRIBLE heartburn, every day.I tried this Aloe as a last ditch effort. I figured maybe it would help with my stomach and foot pain.I was right! I felt relief from the heartburn by the 2nd dose of 4. It is my 3rd day and my stomach feels like it's new again!NO Heartburn. Foot pain nearly gone. I am walking with NO limp. Swelling gone. Hair shedding is slightly less as well. I did read that aloe can also help hair loss if it's caused by immune system issues and I think mine is.I am extremely happy so far and will update this as time passes and more benefits are seen!People - if you are suffering from pain from arthritis, GERD, IBS, or anything else that causes inflammation, try this Aloe. It is pure and highly concentrated and a GREAT PRICE.

This has improved my symptoms of bladder pain and burning. Reasonably priced and the small capsules are easy to swallow. I don’t want to be without it!

I’ve been using True Aloe for 1 1/2 years now. It was not an overnight success story. It takes some time and patience. I take two capsules morning and evening. It has definitely helped my IC. I can eat most anything I want now — except very acidic food and drink. I enjoy low acid coffee now (Sumatra). I can have a bit of pepper on my eggs. I can enjoy chili—but not the 5 alarm spicy!!I told my urologist PA about Aloe Vera and how much it has helped me. She was not that interested. Do your own research. There is so much information on line now. You know your own body better than anyone else.

I ordered this item without reading the Return Policy because I never thought I would need to return it.After telling my Gastro doctor I had ordered it for my Interstitial Cystitis I was FIRMLY told NOT to take even one because Aloe Vera Leaf taken orally can cause renal failure with just a small amount and it also stains the inside of your colon which makes a colonoscopy very hard to read. He also said that for me, personally, they would be a disaster of my gastrointestinal system due to severe cramping.I never even opened the bottle or took it out of its plastic bag it came in.There was no way to contact the seller to explain that I ordered by mistake and never opened the product, so I’m out $25.But like I said, it plainly states No Refunds and I understand why that has to beBut please!! Talk to your PC Doctor before taking this!! I heard many people say it helped them. But it’s not a risk I am willing to take.But all is not lost! My doctor did tell me if they are gel capsules then I can stick a pin in them and the aloe is great for mosquitoe bites and burns!But again, this is just my experience as told to me by my own doctor and NOT a reflection on this seller all!

Sometimes my stomach becomes acidic. True Aloe seems to coat my stomach and I feel much better shortly after taking these capsules.
