I bought the Rich Chocolate flavor. Add just enough water to make a pudding out of it in a bowl. TRUST ME! It's a treat to me now.

Mixes well and is delicious! My husband drinks it before bed each night, and my picky kid loves when I put it in her smoothies!

I've tried a few other protein powders and this one is pretty good, but not the best. I've made less protein shakes because I don't really like this powder as much as my prefered favorite (Amazing Muscle Micellar Casein Protein, Chocolate). One thing that made me a bit concerned is the use of Maltodextrin in this protein powder. I'll be glad to be done with this container so I can try something else or go back to Amazing Muscle brand.

The negative reviews don’t know what they’re doing. This mixes extremely well into 12-16 ounces of water. If you use 12 ounces it’ll be like a thick shake, if you use 16 or 20 it’ll get thinner but retain a great consistency. Folks are vastly exaggerating if they say it takes a gallon of water for two scoops. For years I’ve made all our protein shakes (myself, my wife, our kids) using this protein powder.
