Very good quality and a great price too.

I've been taking inositol powder to help with my mood for years. I have tried some really good ones, as well as some that seemed less effective. I don't know why some didn't work as well, but I can say that this one is a solid product.I've noticed that inositol powder prices have increased significantly in the last year or two, but this one is one of the effective brands at a good price point. I've recorded this one a number of times and have been happy with it. I take a teaspoon of the powder daily and I do believe that it helps, so I'll keep using it.

Clumps more than other brands I have previously used. Doesn’t come with a scoop, but that wasn’t a big deal since I have one from another brand I used before. Better price than most other brands.

My container seal was coming off already when I opened it.. makes me nervous to even use it. :( I really wanted to like this stuff because it's cheaper than some on here.***update***I went ahead and decided to assume that the lid opened the seal when I was removing it. I started taking the Inositol (which in the description says that it is a.k.a. myoinositol in case someone is interested) my husband and I started trying to convieve in September and every month since then my cycles were crazy (I have pcos) and I started taking metformin which didn't really help that much.. my cycle shortened by 4 days from the cycle before.. I've been on the inositol for about 3 weeks and started bleeding on cd 24, no it hasn't fully turned into a period but if it is my period then my cycle went from 39 days to 24 days, just from a few weeks of taking inositol. I could tell alot of difference since taking it, My appetite is less, my hormones are more under control, and I have lost about 5Ish lbs without even trying really. So yes I would recommend inositol, this inositol however may have a seal problem.. may be worth it to buy the $25 lb from a different brand to ensure safety.

Excellent product. I have purchased it several times. It has a slightly sweet taste so I usually add it to smoothies or coffee. I drink my teas without sugar so it made it a lil sweet which I didn't like. It has many health benefits including PCOS and infertility, insulin sensitivity and diabetes. I never took this during my first pregnancy and I had to retest for gestational diabetes. When I got pregnant again (years later) I was already diagnosed with PCOS and was prediabetic but had been taking this supplement. At the time I didn't know it helped with infertility and PCOS but I knew it helped with insulin sensitivity and diabetes and that was why I was taking it. I didn't develop gestational diabetes or even had to retest as in my first pregnancy. I am convinced that this supplement is the reason why I got pregnant. I think with any supplement you need consistency and time for it to work. I take it at least 5 days a week. I tend to skip weekends. It may not be for everyone but it works well for me.

So far loving this product. I recently found out about the benefits of taking inositol for women with PCOS and decided to take this one for the quality and value. After not having a period for over 4 month and only spotting... I started to have a heavy period only 5 days after taking it. My body finally started to detox for several weeks... my moods swings have been getting more balanced since I started it 3 weeks ago and I've lost about about 6lbs since starting to take it with a low carb diet and moderate exercise (walking about an hr daily). I highly recommend this supplement for women with PCOS looking for natural alternatives to blancing their hormones and mood. I read that combined with Choline (powdered), it makes an amazing nootropic and helps with anxiety/depression/mood swings. I started giving these 2 to my husband as well who has dealt with depression, irritability and tiredness and have seen a huge difference in his energy, more happy, less irritated, less depressed, funny and bubbly. Hoping it will help me conceive as well. Will update with new changes I notice...

I have been using the now inositol for the management of my PCOS for a for a long time. It was very effective for me, and this is my first month taking this brand. I will say that it tastes no different, it appears to be the same fine semi granular powder, perhaps slightly less clumpy, but I would not be able to distinguish the difference between the products if they were in spoons side by side. Best naturals claims that their product contains a higher mg/ 1/4 tsp than the now brand. 850, vs 730. But also claims that for the same weighted product (1 lb.)that there are fewer servings 534 vs. now's 622- so perhaps the difference is level 1/4tsp vs non level tsp? Perhaps a slightly larger crystalline structure, I'm not sure. But it dissolves the same in every fluid I have tried, and I have kept my dose the same between brands. The packaging for the best pharmaceutical's 1lb powder is much smaller, which I like. I keep a measuring spoon inside of the container for easy dispensing and the other brand I had a very hard time reaching to the bottom of the container. This container still has room for me to leave my spoon inside, and it has a wider neck so I can also easily reach the bottom of the container and remove all of the product. In all, I am very pleased with the product and I prefer its packaging. I will say though, that the seal on my container was not totally sealed, and that could and should be improved upon. The lid was tight, but I fear the crystals drawing moisture in if it is not fully sealed. That is the only down side in my opinion. However, I will continue to order this product because the other brand offers me nothing more for the higher price tag.Update::This formulation is really harsh on my digestive system. I cannot keep taking the same dose without extreme gi distress. Take with caution, I tried to ride it out but after almost a month, of daily upset I cannot purchase this product again. The lesser price was no savings considering the negative side effects.
