Made muffins so light and fluffy

Thought I'd get this to try but it is significantly out of date and non returnable. I'd get it from a better seller in future.

I received the product OK. The only thing is the expiration date was in 10 days. I prefer a product that has a longer shelf life.

My mom loves this mix. It tastes amazing and is so easy to make.

Items received are not vegetarian. False advertising.

Misleading information I thought I was getting 8 pk and only one box came for $7 that is way too much and I can’t return it for credit or anything rip off2 😡😡

I grew up eating these cornbread muffins. They are easy to make.

The vegetarian version of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix is an excellent product, both to make corn muffins and as a topping for some of our casserole recipes. You must get the vegetarian version to avoid the trans fats in the non-veg version. However, this seller (Sebago) appears to have a problem, for which I have downgraded the star rating. We ordered a pack of 3 boxes on Feb 12, they promised delivery by Feb 15 but never did deliver. So we placed a second order and that was delivered promptly. Finally, almost a month later (March 10), the original Feb 12 order arrived! Amazon would not accept a return, perhaps because it's a food item or perhaps because my ship-to address for this order is in Hawaii. So we wind up with twice the product we needed and have no way to complain to Amazon.
