Very sweet
This is much sweeter than the other 'Erythritol Gold' brands I've tried, which means I use half as much, which means it will last twice as long

It doesn't look or behave like icing sugar
I gave it a 3 star because I specifically bought this item to replace icing sugar in baking while on diet. It was my first attempt and I was rather confused and disappointed when I opened the pack while preparing my ingredients for a cheese cake. Perhaps too high expectations???....but It doesn't look any near like the photo on the package or like icing sugar and doesn't behave like one.The result was to have a cheese cake base with a crunchy texture like normal erythritol leaves because it doesn't dissolve easily.I compared it with my regular erythritol I use for coffee and the conclusion is that this product looks and behaves like regular erythritol sugar.

Maybe I’ve got a defective on , but doesn’t taste of anything nor does it sweeten anything regardless of how much I add.

Not as described
I've given this a low rating as it is not as described. I use erythritol often as part of a low carb diet. This was described as being an icing sugar replacement. It is not. It is exactly the same as the other erythritol that I buy. It is granulated. I have bought other icing sugar replacements that are powdered as expected. If that is what you want, don't buy this one. It is misleading being described as an icing sugar replacement.

NOT an icing sugar
This product is described as an icing sugar although it does also say granulated. The reason for my low ranking is that it CANNOT be used as an icing sugar substitute. Because it is granulated it doesn’t dissolve at all. Ok to use in cakes as a caster sugar replacement but not as advertised as an icing sugar.

Consistency was granulated and not that of icing sugar
I don't know if a mix up occurred but this was no where near the consistency of icing sugar. Looked just like granulated. However I use granulated sweetner anyway so wasn't worth hassle to return. Bought Sukrin Icing sugar version which was spot on, so will stick with that in future.
