The lock of the neckles is not working properly

This is a very attractive necklace and very comfortable. Smooth edges that lie flat with the individual pieces fitting together nicely.I was involved in a serious accident as a child and have had neck pain for over seventy years. It took about a week to notice any improvement. I've now continued to wear it daily. My neck pain is greatly diminished and the pain spasms in my lower back are all but gone.I highly recommend this necklace. It is not just attractive. It has given me lasting relief of pain.

I actually really like this necklace. But it already broke after 2 weeks. Clearly the quality control on this item is lacking. I was running and it just fell off because one of the pins fell out.Edit: the manufacturer shipped me a new one. Great necklaces, no complaints.

I ll make it short and sweet. I love the quality and love the build, and the material feels nice on my skin. The only Qualm I have is that in a little over a year I have had this necklace, a couple of links have broken and I have had to bring it to be repaired to the Jewelry store various times. I joked with them I will keep playing this game untill we are out of links!

Liked the design—it’s very pretty, as well as functional. Seems to help my wife with a constant “brain fog” issue she has been experiencing for years.

I gave 3 stars because the necklace is upside down with the magnets away from my skin more than it is correct. Even when I place it mags down it will not lay flat in front the links won’t allow it.

Looks great and seems to be working. Made very well.

It still spins in neck regardless if you place the curve towards neck as directed.
