They last up to 3/4 months if you keep them in the bottle

Q: Are yhere any preservatives added to these olives? Such as citric or lactic acid?

I think, there is E200 (sorbic acid) and E202 (potassium sitrate)

Q: Once opened how is it best to store them? If refrigerated do you need to cover in oil too?

It never arrived and I had to cancel the order and requested a refund. But yes, some people keep the olives in oil. If you are consuming it quick enough there shouldn’t be any issues just keeping it in the fridge without oil.
