EH Intense Daily Vitamin C Serum 30mlI really like this Vitamin C serum - it has a great feel to it and slides right on, dries down a bit tacky, and will help with hyperpigmentation but the scent is overwhelming. It does dissipate but I really prefer products like this with minimal scent. This Emma Hardie serum pairs beautifully with the EH vitamin C face cream. And it smells soooooo good!!!I've been using an Emma Hardie jar of face cream for just shy of a year. I have others, many others, but I often go back to it because A.it smells so good and B.its the perfect ratio between lightweight and heavy, so I can use it in the morning and at night. This serum is a good morning/night product as well. It feels lightweight and absorbs fairly quickly, it doesnt leave my skin looking oily and greasy, it leaves a beautiful fragrance behind that doesn't irritate. I don't often like scents in skincare but when I do its because its a bomb dot com scent. It must be the signature EH scent because I had an eye cream from EH (which I adored and just ran out of) and it had the same fragrance.I had to pump the serum a good 20 times atleast before any came out of the air tight dispenser. So don't give up. That just means your serum will be nice and fresh.

This facial serum comes in a standard pump that works well. It needs to be primed a few times before anything comes out. When the serum does come out it is a light khaki off white color with a consistency that makes it perfectly suited for a pump. It doesn't run off your fingers when pumped out. It does have a fairly strong strange smell that is something like sunscreen. The scent lingers and that's not a positive attribute in something that will be on my face for an extended period of time. It's fine and sometimes expected for a mask that will be in place for 20 minutes but not a facial cream or serum.This pump contains 30ml and I think each pump is about .2ml. It took 3 pumps to get enough out to cover my face which would be about .6ml per application. Applied once per day that would make this last about 50 days. Applied twice a day it would be last about 25 days. That would make the cost somewhere between $1.50 and $3.00 per day.Once you get past the scent, the serum does feel good when it is applied. It is a little greasy when first applied but quickly sinks in and leaves the skin feeling nice and soft and moisturized. The skin looks good when this is applied and when used at night before bed, it feels like it works all night. When applied before bed it leaves the skin feeling nice and soft well into the next day until it is washed off. I generally tend to use this type of product before bed, especially during the hot summer days. That keeps it from just running down my face during the day. When used overnight, the scent of this fades so you don't have to smell it as long if you doze off quickly.Overall, this is a nice facial serum as far as how it feels when used. It takes more of this product than it does others to cover my face. The scent is not appealing to me. Some similar products come in a 50ml (1.7 ounce) pump container for about the same price. This isn't outrageously expensive compared to some products but it is on the higher end. At this price (per ounce), I'd take something like EVE LOM Moisture Lotion that is super light and doesn't have the smell. There are plenty of others I'd pick before this for about the same price.This is a nice product in some ways but at this price point it would not be my choice.
