* PhysicalThese can be helpful when and if you're a person who takes medication that can make you constipated. Before insertion of this suppository, please run it under a cold tap to lubricate it and help it to get there. There's a trick to lining up the suppository in the middle of your buttocks and pushing with your finger. These are helpful to me a couple a times a week. I try and wait for 15 - 25 minutes and then go to the loo. These do work nine times out of ten. I do take before reaching these a series of fybergel or equivalent laxatives. The additional push works ok.
