It made me ravenously hungry
I usually buy this as part of a mixture of mushrooms. I thought I'd do better by buying it on its own. Not so. Unfortunately, although it makes me concentrate and keep going, it also makes me ravenously hungry. I tried again without food, before a workout, and that seems to help. The concentration is amazing, though.
