Outstanding, absolutely LOVE it! :)
I work from home and with the cost of energy these days I figured it'd be more economical to get one of these rather than heating the whole house with the central heating. I have it on for an hour or so first thing in the morning to take the chill off, and then by that time my PC takes over and keeps the place at a comfortable temp :) (It's a high spec PC that kicks out some real heat!). The fire is excellent build quality, looks fantastic, kicks out some serious heat, and when left in place the 'snuffer' plate works great to keep evaporation to a minimum when not in use. I throw 1ltr of fuel in it and it lasts for a good few days. The only even-slightly negative comment I could make would be that the white stones gather soot on them, which is to be expected, but they don't clean up very well. Instead they just look 'mouldy' rather than going back to white. So my advice would be - don't bother cleaning them, just enjoy the yin-yang vibes of half-black/half-white stones!! :)

Excellent product
This is just amazing!! Can’t compliment it enough, it really is beautiful - everyone that sees it just loves it! It’s really easy to maintain easy to clean! Although be warned it throws out much more heat than expected but that means the heating gets turned down!! Win win!!!

Very attractive table centrepiece
Came very well packaged, with simple instructions. It's a substantial product, and it looks really well on the centre of our patio table. The flames are about 30 cm high, and they flicker and move about in a very attractive way. But make no mistake, this is an attractive centrepiece and conversation piece, but it generates absolutely no heat whatever. On the calmest of nights, in a sheltered spot, you could put your hands almost touching the glass, and you would not feel any heat at all. It's still lovely to look at, and I'm delighted with it, but I wasn't really expecting it to work very well as a heater, and I was right.

Top class unit a little expensive compared to competitors but well worth it for build quality and burn time

It gives out very little heat
This very expensive tabletop fireplace looks good but gives little heat. I didn’t realise when I bought it that £20:00 was added to the cost for delivery whereas in actual fact I was charged £40:00, apparently a mistake by the bank but I am struggling to get this extra £20:00 refunded. No one wants to know or help. All i am saying is check these costs and certainly check your bank statements. An already very expensive item becomes ridiculous, 25% more than it should.

Brilliant
The media could not be loaded. This fire is brilliant, I use the biola fuel in it. No smell and burns for 5+ hours when full (1.5l). Kicks out so much heat and feels super cosy. Planika is definitely the rolls royce bio fires. Eco friendly fuel that's not harmful to the environment and so much cheaper than a Woodburner and logs! What's not to love? I will probably save up and buy another. 😊

No instructions for use
No instructions for use, i.e. how to fill or whether a funnel is needed (almost certainly). You can't remove the top so Amazon trying to sell the ceramic wool is a scam.
