Seals grout
Like that it is easy to apply and does seem to seal the grout. Don't like that you have to give it a long time to dry, even after it looks and feels dry.

Great product
This was so easy to apply after using their spray cleaner. I didn’t need such a large jug but I’ll store the rest for future use. We bought some microfiber covered sponges and used one of those for easy application. Don’t over apply - read directions. Dries to a nice matte finish and does not change appearance of your tile or grout. After sealing the grout in the shower you’ll notice it won’t absorb the water. Reapply annually.

Great on my travertine
I purchased a gallon to seal my pool deck made of travertine. It was a pretty extensive area which included an outdoor kitchen, dining area, large seating area, and 6-8 feet around the pool. The gallon covered it. Went on well with a low nap roller. It left a sheen that did bead up like wax.
