The 12” horn is bigger than I expected, which is great! Can’t imagine the 18 incher 😅Fits beautifully in the leather holster. Wish it could fit more firmly on its stand, but so far it hasn’t fallen over when full of liquid.Good quality overall. I love using it just for fun at home, or at parties, showing off my level of dorkiness.

Ok first of all, WOW. This horn is absolutely gorgeous. I am super satisfied with my purchase for the following reasons;Appearance:Whoever polished this horn put a lot of time and effort into it because this horn is flawless from the top to bottom. They mean it when they do their best to pick the best horns to use for this because this horn has the perfect shapeIt actually is very stable in its stand:so my horn fits in its stand very well and can easily be taken off for when I want to take a sip. I placed this horn in its stand on my desk and it always falls right into place, once I even stumbled on that desk and the desk wobbled, despite that, the horn stayed in its stand and didn’t topple over so they do put a lot of effort to make sure the stand fits the horn perfectly.And yes, it’s a real horn:I know lying is common when it comes to online shopping but I assure you guys, this horn is real and you are gonna like it.

I bought this drinking horn to give as a gift and it went over so well! After reading a few reviews, I was nervous it would have a smell. Happy to say it did not! Beautifully crafted and makes a cool decoration as well as being functional. The belt loop hanger is also a nice addition.

It is a good horn for the value, but it could have used a few finishing touches. There was a small amount of the clear coat stuck to the brass rim, causing some sticky bumps directly in the middle of the pouring spot, it was a bit tough to remove (since the clear coat is meant to stay put), but I got it off eventually. Another minor issue was this: the section where the brass lip meets itself was raised up a bit, giving the rim an asymmetric look. I was able to put it back into place with a pair of needle nose pliers without any trouble. If the product had been given a quick visual inspection before packaging, these things could have been corrected before shipping, but I understand “stuff happens”, and they weren’t so major as to warrant a return in my opinion. My horn didn’t have any sort of care instructions or documentation of any kind in the packaging, which I found a bit unusual, but I was able to find the info on your website (the tip about using lemon oil to help with the natural odor really helped). With all that being said, I still enjoy this horn, and have recommend this company to several friends.

Bought the ‘Jarl’ model. What can I say, I am very happy with the product, loved the shape, the color pattern, the stand fits perfectly.zero problems at all. It’s heavy, it’s sturdy, it’s well made.Only detail (for me it’s not even a bad thing) was the very strong smell. But just follow Neil’s advice (he sends an email to you after the purchase) and you’re good to go. Since lemon is very good against removing odors. In my case I was so excited to try it that I didn’t cared about smell. (Really? You buy a freaking REAL BULL HORN cup/mug to drink beer like an almighty Viking and you’re complaining about smell? Go drink milk then.... this is not for you. OR, you can do like me and drop some buds lemon edition (see photos for reference and for how much the 12” model can handle) and BE GONE smell. The alcohol + lemon is great for removing the weird smell. Thanks Neil, thanks Norse tradesman. I’ll definitely buy again.

This was a gift for a close friend. He absolutely loves it! It came in a nice bag with a stand and brush to clean. He displays it on his bar!

Really, the product is everything you think its going to be: a drinking horn for unwashed, viking barbarians. So, really, its my fault for expecting anything more from this wonderfully impractical wall ornament. When you get this item it may dawn on you that the smell of horn, the impossibility of thoroughly cleaning it, and inability to set it down because of the absolutely useless stand will probably leave you reaching for a glass instead. There are much things to be had for this price. Also, the brass ring around the lip of the horn is really cheap, doesn't fit it well and looks better and preventing you from cleaning it than showing of your wealth as a viking warlord. That being said, if you don't care about practicality, its awesome. It's a bit expensive for a gag gift, but it does make an EPIC gag gift. It looks legit, especially from a distance (as you would see it as a prop, or buried in a manly beard dripping with lukewarm mead across the high-top at your local saloon) and the quality seems pretty good overall. The polish is really nice, it comes in a cool bag. I liked it. However, though I'd give it 5 stars as a gag gift, as a practical thing that someone would actually use, I have to give it dismal 1 star. As a result, I just averaged it out at 3. Thanks for a good laugh, sorry I had to return it.

It's beautifully made and I use it often to drink while playing DND. I shopped around for several of these reading through reviews and such & I'd recommend this one!
