I'm writing this to counter the other negative review who was written by someone who seemingly didn't understand what she was ordering and actually received an excellent quality item that had a properly written description.This is delicious and arrived quickly with a cold pack directly from the seller. It's exactly what it is supposed to be-- a cheese that can be heated and doesn't really melt, which makes it perfect for dipping into sauces. It's also a fantastic substitute for breaded deep fried cheese for those of us not eating carbs.It's so good, that I didn't take the time to pan-heat, as I have in the past-- I microwaved it for 20 secontds. I cubed about two inches off the block, microwaved it, and ate it with no dipping sauce. . . just with a fork. The insid actually does get melty a little, but it still keeps its shape. The one I tried last night, after receiving, doesn't have a special filling, but that looks especially delicious.There is no bread in this, so don't think that's what you're getting like that other reviewer.
