Does it enhance the dry dog food? Yes, I think so.
Since the expensive dog food doesn't seem to be a nutritious as I would expect, even paying more money for it, I think this supplement is helping our dogs. It's like giving them a vitamin to boost the dry dog food. I'd definitely recommend it. Our Golden Retriever and Border Collie are both 13 yrs old. Their hips are troublesome but at least they're healthy with this product.

Beyond grateful
I am beyond grateful and impressed of this supplement. I’ve bought other bladder related supplements for my senior dog and it failed. This on the other hand, showed pleasantly different. I bought this July 4th 2025, and knew it would take some time to show true results. I have a 13 year old , female dachshund, and she up until this past year, shown signs of lack of holding her bladder. She was my gold star of letting me know she needed to potty. And when she started having accidents very frequently, I was shocked and concerned. At first I thought maybe infection? It wasn’t that. Then I realized aging was showing itself. I had to even buy reusable diapers which she was peeing through , multiples , everyday. I didn’t know what to do and thought that this was life now. I bought this thinking to myself “ if it doesn’t work, it is what it is and it’s not anything worse than what’s happened already.” I can say within the 3 week mark , there was a definite improvement. She wasn’t peeing her diapers every hour, and in fact, she maybe had 1 accident. Then by now not even a full month, she hasn’t had 1 accident. I truly believe this has very much improved her bladder health and ability to handle it. I am so grateful for this product. It’s pricey but worth it.My advice, give it some time. A few weeks and be consistent every day. And I do think you’ll see great improvement.

OMGOSH!!
Unbelievably great product ! our rescue dog who is a (smaller) Corso weights in around 75lbs. Of course she had to be spayed before she could come home. To my surprise i read some female dogs that have been spayed, especially heavier dogs have a leaking problem with urine. We think she is around 4 or 5 years old. We noticed that after she would run and play she would leak puddles without knowing. She takes 1 in the morning with breakfast and one in the evening with dinner. She would take it easily, but we included it in her kibble. This product has completely taken care of the issue after 2 weeks. It’s just unbelievable, we are so thankful and so is she… happy girl!UpdateDarn- sorry to report that her leaking bladder is reoccurring ONLY after running exercise. Although it seems to still be helping before she would leak for hours after exercise even after taking her out now she seems to have one episode. We are trying to take her out every 30 minutes for the next hour and a half or so after exercise and that is helping.Update! We increased a 1/2 x 2 day based on the directions for our dogs weight. After 3 days and running exercise we are only noticing a teeny little drip or two. So much better. I would highly highly highly recommend this product.

Great product!
Best price I have on this product is here on Amazon. I have been giving my two dogs (lab and a beagle mix) and they help wonders on their health. I live in south Texas and when we go from the cooler months to spring and summer months my dogs would always start missing fur and breaking out with rashes. I started them on this product now I don’t miss a day because this has help their fur grow back and stop the dandruff and they are so much happier.

It helps a lot
It seems to help with our senior dog's incontinence. She's not perfect but our 12 year old dog is having fewer accidents in the house. She takes this plus a prescription drug Proin.

Partial Nutritional Analysis Per Dose From a Pharmacist
While I am not a veterinarian, I am familiar with disease states and causes as well as resources to find nutrient veterinary dosing recommendations for dogs. Here’s a breakdown of what I’ve found:- The bag comes with approx 3 cups of powder (144 tsp)- Instructions say 1tsp for up to a 30 lb dog. Mine is 4 lbs so I’m starting with 1/8th of a tsp. (not an exact 1:1 dose, but it’ll do)- I mixed it into my dog’s home made food with bone broth and he ate it no problem.- There are some toxicity concerns in other reviews, with elevated lipase enzymes (pancreatitis). Yet, there are many reviews in which this supplement helps. I cannot speak on this yet.- My dog has alopecia so I switched to a home cooked organic diet with vitamin supplement. I cannot review the impact of the vitamins yet, hence the 3 star review.- Based on the numbers, 1/8 of a tsp won’t completely give him the nutrients he needs but I’m starting slow given the safety concerns and I don’t have a full nutrition analysis of the food I made him in my kitchen. His food is sure to have a lot of nutrients and vitamins in it. For example, the normal dose of chondroitin is 100mg a day, (1tsp). A 30lb dog would need 300mg. His food has bone broth which naturally has chondroitin. A 5lb dog needs 10mg of vitamin B2 per day. 1 tsp has 0.66 mg of vitamin B2. His food has chicken and liver, which naturally has vitamin B2.- I don’t want to overdue the omega fatty acids. 1 tsp contains 107 mg linoleic acid (LA) and 480 mg alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). A 5lb dog needs 100 mg LA and 230mg ALA. The ingredient is naturally found in roasted chicken and zucchini, both of which are in my homemade dog food recipe. High amounts of fats, especially in sedentary dogs can cause pancreatitis and elevated lipase levels.- I will update this review at either the first occurrence of a negative effect or at 12 weeks if there is no negative effect.

Lousy customer service
When I received the product it was already open. This product is not returnable and you are suppose tocontact the manufacturer. I sent them an email a week ago and still have not heard from them. They do nothave good customer service. I have bought these before and they seemed to work okay to the point of repurchasing. I’m not going to give the new ones to my dog since they were already open. That’s why I only gave one star.
