Thank you for your question. I advise working approximately 5 mins daily with the "internal lift" section of the DVD (this can be done anywhere). How long is this tape? Are there actual exercise routines given? Is it safe if you have bone-on-bone back issues?

Hello, and thank you for your question. The DVD is just over 70 minutes long.There is an intro explaining the role of the core muscles and dissecting the abdominal corset so you are able to understand the muscles you should be engaging when following the program, this is approximately 10 minutes in length. The second section is approximately 15 minutes and teaches you the "internal lift", an invaluable method that ultimately will enhance your results and you can start to incorporate this method in your every day life. The workout section is 45 minutes long and takes you through a balanced core program that you can follow along with and is designed specifically to strengthen these vital group of muscles in a safe and effective manner. With regard to your question with regard to your particular back issue, obviously it would be remiss of me to guarantee this for you.  If you are in doubt, please seek advice from your health care provider.  I can tell you that the program is mat based, so all the work is completed on the floor with absolutely no impact on joints.
