Apparently I have been lied to since birth. The woman and the food that come from Russia are Excellent! I absolutely love this product. I have purchased several different versions and this is my favorite.I think the USA should just abandon all treaties to Europe and ally itself with Russia. After all the UK has turned into the USSR and Russia is better off than 90% of the EU countries. Politics aside, perhaps then we can get this drink for a less expensive price. So much better than Pepsi or Coke.

This is the most authentic Kvas available here. I enjoyed it to the last drop. Don't forget to order Semechki, Vobla, Samovar Smoked Tea, and assorted chocolate candies (all available on Amazon) to assuage your Nostalgia, while watching the namesake movie by Andrei Tarkovsky.

Excellent product. To me taste is like raisins. It is bubbling and dark brown amber when poured. To me somewhere along the line a bottle of it went missing?? I ordered the 6 pack and received 5 bottles at my door. I will order more if I am compensated. Help.

Tastes like if you were to take rye bread, blend it up and carbonate it. I would only describe it to others who haven’t tried it as, a bit pungent, earthy notes, and very bitter. I will not give any less than 5-stars because the package arrived to me 2-days faster than the projected delivery date, and I ordered solely for trying something new. Seller is top notch for their punctuality, packaging, and fair pricing. If something else I find that I would like to try that originates from Russia, I will look for this sellers listings first. Thank you for letting me have this experience, even if I did not enjoy it personally. I’m sure I can find someone that enjoys it, and gift it away so it does not waste.

Excellent Kvass from the best known kvass maker in Moscow. Real stuff.For some reason a bit sweeter than expected.Not cheap though.

It's a very simple kvass, nothing too crazy, just a good drink. Would drink again.
