The concentrate has been flash-pasteurized. So while it is safe to ship, it needs to be kept in the fridge or freezer for storage purposes.

Our juice concentrates use only the juice from the fruit - so while the fruit is pressed, you are not consuming any seeds/pits/skins from any of the fruits.

Q: Should this be taken one time each day?

We recommend 1/2 ounce (1 Tblsp) - once per day!

Q: Where are the berries grown and is the juice made from just the berry flesh or also seeds?

The Aronia concentrate we are currently sending out is grown in Poland. The concentrate does not contain seeds/skin from the fruit.
