Great radio for the price.
Fits perfectly in my 2003 dodge Durango. Comes with everything you need to wire it up, including a harness. Not much splicing required

Fun, sounds good, plan on buying extra stuff, and learn patience
Love this stereo...hate the start up time. It doesn't help that I'm not a very patient person, but having to mess with the stereo and my phone for a full minute +, is frustrating. When I get in my car, I want to go! However, after researching other stereos, it seems that Android stereos DO take time to boot up, so I guess I'll have to learn to allow extra time if I want to listen to music. Also, unless I haven't figured out the secret, don't bother with the GPS. Your music will shut down while each GPS map downloads. So if you travel a lot, plan on silence when you enter a new destination, unless you have traveled that area before. I'm hoping that purchasing a GPS card will help. Also plan on buying a better microphone. We hooked it up and my husband said it sounded terrible on the receiving end. The new microphone we bought works great! The stereo itself sounds great! I am planning on downloading "CarLauncher" so the home screen is more user friendly, but the dowlisd times are fairly slow, and should be done when you're connected to WiFi, so when I gave time to sit in the car and do this, I think it will be great! This is my first Android stereo, so maybe it's the same for all of them. Hoping technology will be designed to make the stereos more user friendly and downloading times equivalent to my other equipment used via WiFi.

Great upgrade
I wanted to upgrade the old factory head unit in my 2004 Grand Cherokee and could not be happier with this stereo. Has all the bells and whistles plus it being a perfect fit improves the overall look of my dash. I did have a little trouble figuring out which wires I needed to splice into for the steering wheel controls to work, sadly neither Xtrons nor the seller could assist. After a little forum reading then I figured it out and everything works great now. For anyone with the 99-04 WJ, those wires would be the Yellow/Red wire under the steering wheel for Key 1 and the Purple/Yellow wire on the original head unit plug for Key 2. It's a little slow to boot but so is my android phone so that's not a problem. Overall this is a great option for anyone who wants a 2020 spec stereo in their older rides.

Never worked at even a basic level
From the time I installed this radio is was nothing but problems. I used the official Xtrons wiring harness and Xtrons carplay adaptor. The carplay adaptor never worked. I tried two phones and three cords, none worked. It was just DOA. That is not part of this review, but just to illustrate the brand's general quality.First off the radio spikes the speakers when you turn the car on. So every time I get in the car I need to be ready for a high pitched squeal sound. This could be blamed on bad wiring, but as I said it's the official Xtrons wiring harness and this did not happen on the factory radio. Just poor quality.Next is the apps. And understand, everything on this radio is an app. Even AM/FM radio. The apps all crash constantly. Blutooth music I can't even get through a single song before the app crashes. AM/FM I can get 2-3 songs in before it crashes. Maps barely manages to load after 20 years of waiting, then crashes when you try to do anything. And to add to that, on top of the apps never working, the entire unit will restart itself every 15 minutes or so. The whole unit turns off and then you get the reboot sequence. Which is made more intolerable by how long it takes the unit to turn on. I can get in my car, turn the car on, get my phone out of my pocket, open maps and put in a destination because the radio's maps is useless, wait for some pedestrians to cross, and drive across a giant parking lot and it may be on by the time I get to the main road. I feel like it's downloading the entire OS over 56K modem every time you use it.I factory reset the device, updated, downgraded and re-updated. Nothing worked. There is a reason devices from better companies cost more and have fewer features. You get what you pay for, and this is every bit as crappy as it's low price indicates.
