Yes. I am 5'9" 145 pounds with a chest size measuring 36 and the elastic straps definitely will tighten or loosen - they attach by Velcro and can be adjusted anywhere on the pad.

Q: How do you drain water for storage

Disconnect cryo cuff when water has drained back into the cooler...not when it is filled up from the cooler--full of cold water. I added lots of ice to keep water ice cold for pain relief. I used an electric cooler (which automatically drains and fills the water in the cryo cuff). The manual cooler is a pain in the butt cuz you have to squeeze all the water out of the cryo cuff manually by hand. The electric cooler and cryo cuff is the way to go for pain management after or before surgery. Hope this answer helps you! Highly recommend cryocuffs and electric cooler!
