I cannot get the on-off timer to work, I have tried everything, followed the instructions, watched YouTube videos nothing works. Timer will not work. I called customer service, no one answers you have to leave a message and wait till they call you back.update: customer service. called me back, had me try some things to see if the timer would work. Nothing worked and Brandon agreed to send me a new timer. raised to five stars do to excellent customer service.Update: New timer worked perfect, was able to set my on and off times and various colors without any problems.

The claim that the extended length is 48” is inaccurate. When extended to 48”, the light dips close to the water line, which is a fire hazard. I returned it

Timer is hard to set and does not stick to side of my tank. The light options suck. Only one bright and a bunch you’ll never use and too dark. I still can’t t figure out how to set different options on timer b. Sometimes companies add so much and make the product worse in my opinion. Picture is what I use.

First one remote control was bad, nothing works without the remote. Contacted their customer support and a new one was in my hands in ~3 days. Timer function is awesome, wish the twilight setting on the timer gave off a little more light, other than that 👍

It's a great light overall. The only thing that I don't like is setting the light values for custom scenes or not having any presets for common colors.

The light programs are easy to use and set up. I had a few issues with the remote and had to reset the controller but no biggie. There are so many options for colors.The one thing I wish was that the light for my 80 gallon is pretty small. The rods extend out but the light of course doesn’t. If you are just on the limit I would recommend getting the larger one. I still may have to switch it out due to it not being brite enough for my tankOther than that it’s an excellent lightUpdatedI received the bigger 48 inch light and it looks way better on my tank. My tank is now green due to me working at night and not realizing my tank is staying on. I’m going back to a basic On Off light

Great light to the point its the 2nd I buy. The first lasted me 4 years and i feel i definitely gor my money's worth from it.
