Q: Hi, is the 'stay put' headband adjustable like the one in icc hats- (the one like in bicycle helmets)?

The stay put headband is a piece of fabric stitched to the inside of the hat to help hold it in place which is flexible but not adjustable. I regularly sell this model to club, county and ICC Umpire's so I am not sure which model you may be referring to when you say "adjustable like the one in icc hats" I have not see that model.
