Q: what are the dimensions?

External dimensions: 35cms high from countertop, 29cms wide, 30cms from front to back. Basket dimensions: 23cms x 23cms, front to back and side to side, 12cms high. Hope that helps.

Q: The basket divider seems to have little rubber "bungs" on the edges to hold it in place. Are these safe? It falls over if I take them off.

Well put it this way, if it's there then it's supposed to be there. I've not removed anything from mine and it's just fine, no problems at all. If you take them off and it falls over then I can only imagine that it's meant to be there... So it doesn't fall over

No you dont have to, just whisper "chips" to its front panel and it will summon some, best purchase ever!!

Q: Should the fan be turning off after 2 minutes

The fan will continue to run if you take food out early, you need to stop the cooking time for the fan to stop going
