Really good and easy to fit
The bracket is bigger than expected but therefore easy to get the chain in. Really easy to fit, solid and well made. Took about 10 minutes to fit and solid on the wall. The inner bracket stops someone unbolting the fixings as this is impossible with the chain fitted. Very happy with the purchase

look good and solid, just wondering if they had included a socket to unscrew the center part as I didn’t have this big allen key on my home set tools.

Good and sturdy.
Just what I was looking for sturdy and safe, the only downfall was you need a large alander key which is not supplied, for the price I would think it was included, I had to go and buy a whole set just for the large key, but overall, I’m happy with this bike anchor, I feel content that my bike is safe.

Easy to fit
The Ankr so nice I bought it twice! No issues at all highly recommended for convenience. There are higher rated secure Diamomd anchors out there but it suits me as its removable with no chain fitted.. Fits a 16mm chain perfectly (oxford Nemesis)

Great product. Mind your fingers
Very good product. A bit confusing at the start as it did not make clear that you have to use an Allen key to remove the middle before install - be careful of your fingers at this stage. After this - all good. I would recommend using a styrene based chemical fix in addition to the wall bolts if securing to brick.

Super sturdy, great product
Does exactly what it says it does. Recommended. Use two of these to lock my bike to the wall right outside my home, no problems. Easy to secure and simple to use.

Lack of instruction and potential change of screw types
The design is great but felt there was a lack of instruction on how to unscrew the inner part. The screws were in the package but the plugs were missing. In the end we had to buy new screws that were less long. In the UK market the seize of bricks are much smaller. To summarise I believe they should supply the lock with smaller screws and plugs.
