Q: My toyota hybrid uses : api sn/rc multigrade engine oil recommended viscosity: sae 0w-16 is this oil sutable for my car?

I use this oil in my 2019 Rav4 and it calls for 0w-16. What you need to determine is if you can use sp as opposed to sn. The way I understand it is sp is newer than sn. The the RC means resource conserving. In my uneducated, non-professional opinion I say use the Ultralub. Better yet go the Ultralub website and call them. Check out a website called bobistheoilguy

You Don't Save Much

Just realised you don't really save much with this bulk pricing. Getting the same amount in multi quart bottles costs only dollars more and much easier to use.

Great motor oil

Change out my oil for Long trip from TX. To PA. About 4.5k miles round trip. Oil still same quality. Will buy more and replace my other vehicle oil that used 0w20 with this motor oil. And I love the 5 gallon container.
