Great fit, great price
When I started getting some fumes in the cabin of my BMW, I looked under the hood and saw that this plastic housing had split. No biggie, as the auto has 180K miles. I looked at original parts (about $600) and found this particular brand at a much lower price. Purchased it and watched some you-tube videos on how to swap out the part (it's easier than you realize).Swapping out the parts (3 pieces) only took about an hour (if you have some comfort on working on autos). No complicated parts. Just be sure to pay attention how it comes apart and put it together the same way. A couple of small electrical connectors that need to be unplugged/plugged back in. I mark them with masking tape to remind me to do it.There is one styrofoam part on each side that needs to removed from the old part and put on the new (easy, but be careful not to rip it). You also need some sponge tape to complete the seal. I used some that I got from the hardware store that is used to seal windows. Worked fine.In summary....fits well; easy to replace; saved me money. What's not to like?

These fit great!
Fit super well! I’d still advice some waterproofing to protect your injectors. E70 x5.

Good fit - surprised!
There are some cheap brands of this part out there that do not fit: meaning the holes don't line up. This one fits perfectly so it is well worth the extra money. You will want to also buy high temp foam strips to seal, as well as correct screws if you are missing any. (2012 X5 E70 N55 Turbo)

Perfect fit get this if you have an E70!
This fits perfect and lines up with all the OEM if your debating on getting this for your X5 don’t if you water continually leak it can destroy the injectors electrical connectors in the back of your engine.

Priced right, easy to install, not OEM quality but close enough, must add your own foam seal
My 2009 X5 had the classic failure symptoms related to these parts whereby the top 3 inches of the plastic becomes brittle and breaks off at the bend. The parts are pretty easy to remove and reinstall and are MUCH less expensive than the OEM parts. Two things to consider though: you must add your own foam seal(1/2 inch from Home Depot - $5) and the parts are not a perfect fit - mine were about a 92% perfect fit. You apply the foam seal along the bottom edge of the part that touch the frame of the car and other parts. You will know how to apply it by simply looking at the parts you took out. As to the fit, the 3 parts are supposed to mesh together. This is where you can tell the quality is not the same as OEM. They do mesh but it is not as tight of a mesh as it would be if you used OEM. Additionally, I found when screwing/socketing the new parts in place you had to put a lot of push and pull hand pressure on the part to get the screw holes to align. Once you get them mostly aligned too the point you can barely fit the screw in the hole, you can begin tightening and the screw or bolt will move the part into place. Tools: I used a 10MM socket, 13mm socket and a Torx screwdriver and a socket extender. Lastly, you can easily change your cabin filters while you are doing this. YouTube has all the videos you need. Look up under Engine Partition for BMW X5. After you apply the foam seal, the full job takes no more than 45 minutes even though I could now do it in 20 minutes because I know what to do and what to look for. Good luck!

Fit like a glove!
I have a 2010 BMW X5 xdrive 30i, the last time I had my car into the dealership for maintenance, they brought my car around and hurried me out. While being serviced the mechanic broke my partisan assembly and left his tool pouch inside the compartment. Needles to say I was pretty upset, but I didn’t see it for several months after. Rather than fight with the dealership, I ordered this set from Amazon and it fit perfectly! Instead of the sponge seal like BMW originally used, I purchased 3/8” X 5/16” thick Auto/Marine rubber weather seal made by Duckbrand. Purchased at my local Walmart for $7.67 and worked great!

Parts Fit, Buy Your Own Gasket Material
My engine compartment partitions were broken apart in my 2010 X5 35D. Ordered these and replaced the old broken pieces. Bolt holes all lined up well. Don't forget to transfer the foam pads on the bottom of the partition to the new parts. Buy some gasket material (I already had some foam strip material with adhesive on one side of it that I used) that will go underneath the partition pieces to help keep water from leaking into the engine compartment, might also help keep the plastic from vibrating against the metal. You especially don't want water leaking from under the small partition piece onto injectors 5 and 6, will cause corrosion and electrical issues down the road.

Okay…
It’s cheap built and arrived with a broken corner but the fit is good and it worked for my purpose.
