Alternative option for Perform Better med-balls
Bought these for my personal training studio. We have our athletes throw med-balls and often, so we've gone through med-balls a lot over the years. These 4 lb'ers look sleek in black, are dense enough to have good bounce, but are still soft unlike an old school med-ball. Perfect diameter for what we need and seem to be durable after a few months.More budget friendly than some other popular brands for the same quality.

Great for practicing chiropractic adjustments :)
I bought this for an unusual reason, I’m a chiropractic student and saw others using one as a way to practice do side posture adjustments. Works great for that. The weight and hardiness work well for practicing on. Good value too since I can workout with it too 👍

Good deal
Great deal for the price. It’s not perfectly shaped but I’m okay with it. It’s helped me train.

Uneven ball. Otherwise great.
The uneven sphere shape that it arrived with lumps in certain areas never did round out with use as I had expected. I would still buy it again, but it is annoying because when you bounce it, as with any uneven sphere, sometimes it will bounce off in an odd direction, which is problematic for a slam/bounce ball.

Loud
My first time buying and working with this type of material, its' great and holds up, my only criticsm for those who have never bought the more rubbery ones, is they sound like a bloody gun shout when you slam them on the ground, so if you have neighbors who easily complain about loudness, this is a definitely a take to the park type ball and not a do at home ball. And when I say it sounds like a gun shout, it really does echo. Love it and no regrets just unfortunately i have neighbors who complain eaisly.

8 lb medicine ball
Just what I was looking for. Great performance when using it as a slam ball (ball rebounds, but not excessively).

Great Overall Med. Ball
Great overall Medicine Ball for slamming, tossing, and everything else you can think of.Very durable and actually made for slams, so no need to worry.I checked the weight and it is accurate as well.I bought the 25lb ball and it’s great. It is a bit larger than I am used to but I am enjoying it!

Design and Logo Not as Pictured
I got two balls, one 30 lbs and this one 20 lbs. The 30 lbs ball is similar quality but came exactly as it looked in the images, whereas this 20 lbs ball looks completely different with the X shaped patch with the stitching and moreso the RHINO logo is missing the ™ after its name, which made me think that perhaps this is a fake cheaper product with a logo slapped on to increase the pricing. I’m quite skeptical since every other RHINO product I have seen has a ™ after the name. All that being said it is still able to be used for a work out, just watch out for imitations.
