Not convinced
Maybe expected too much from a new battery? Phone battery was 5 years old and replaced with this one. Not convinced old vs new is any better in terms of holding its charge. Daughter is telling me to just get a new phone. Probably will now that LG have came out of the mobile phone market.

I thought it wasn't working at first, but I emailed the suppliers and they told me to wipe the gold bits on the battery and inside the phone. Seemed to work better after that. They also asked me to let them know if it wasn't any better, so I feel I had good service.
