Works well for me as I do not like artificial sweeteners. Not as sweet as sugar but it has more nutrients and fiber.

Excellent for baking.This is so much better for me, now I can have some sweet treats.

Good flavor, good product. The only negative I can report is that it can form hard caked lumps in the bag, much like brown sugar, so you may need to scrape, crush, or hit it with a mallet to break up the lumps.

I bought this date sugar to use in my coffee, but when it arrived I noticed on the bag it said it won't dissolve in beverages. I tried it anyway, and it makes my coffee taste really good. It actually smooths out the coffee flavor and adds a hint of date flavor, which goes really well with the coffee. The date sugar doesn't dissolve, but it's ground so fine that the tiny particles remain suspended in the coffee. I put two heaping teaspoons of date sugar in a 12 oz mug of coffee with some half and half. It makes the coffee smooth and sweet. I doubt this would work in cold beverages, but hot ones are good to go.

Okay, it wasn't sweet and it is a little gritty, but I put it in my hot coco at night and bam major movement the next morning. Yeah fiber!

Great project

As a diabetic I have been searching for sugar alternatives. There is no after taste. I've purchased this before and I like it for baked goods and sauces. I don't like it in coffee. It doesn't dissolve and I just haven't found anything I like for sweetening coffee. It's a little pricey but it works.
