Perfect for hiking
Pros: I took this pack on a long hike in the Alps and it was perfect. The water bladder holds 3 liters which was critical for summer hiking. The pack fits well for my small frame (5’3”). The external frame allows air to circulate and be cooled by the water bladder. Love the zip pockets on the hip belt and the outside pocket. Deep side pockets for large water bottles. Very durable.Cons: the full water bladder impinges on space available in main pocket. The trekking pole attachment doesn’t work with some poles. The pack is too long to put under a plane seat and no bendable frame may preclude packing it in a carryon suitcase.

Comfortable pack
Such a well made pack. No rubbing or pinching of any kind. It keeps my back cool and comfortable in any condition. Plenty of space inside, and the side pockets for extra water bottles are nice. The bladder is my favorite, since there was no smell or taste even when new. You just have to make sure to turn the mouthpiece properly so that the magnet, and no issues like the other reviewers. Maybe they updated it? The only drawback for me is that the pack itself is lacking hooks/tabs, and the ones that are on the strap itself is so high that it’s a bit over crowded near the neck/chest area. Overall a great bag for all day use or light overnight.

Most comfortable backpack!!!!
Love love love this backpack. I've been hiking for 20+ years and never have had a women's specific backpack. Didn't think it would make a big difference since I'm 5'7" which is well within the height ranges for unisex backpacks. Let me tell you there is a difference in the fit for women's specific and it is so much more comfortable. The way it sits on my hips (and it's padded) makes the bag is light even when loaded up and doesn't irritate my skin. Not sure if all women's backpacks are this comfortable but compared to unisex this pack is great! I also really like the separate compartment with the included water bladder. I do think the main compartment is a bit small but I also dont like stuffing my bag full. I'd recommend going a size up if you feel want space to be able to take a jacket off during a hike ect.I've been using other backpacks with the air vent on the back panel and this pack is comparable. I live in the south so ventilation is a must in the heat and humidity. Would highly recommend this pack!

Love this Backpack!
I am 5’2” with about a 17 inch torso - this pack fits perfectly but could adjust for different lengths. Sturdy, high quality with good pockets and space. Also great seller - shipped overnight from VT to NY.

Love this backpack! Perfect for day hikes and has everything you need.
Bought this for a bunch of day hiking at National Parks this summer. This had everything I wanted and the color is unique. Definitely recommend.

Everything is perfect except the shoulder straps
I really wanted to love this pack. It has everything I need. It's super comfortable with one exception, and that is why I have to return this pack.Pros: Even though it's one size it fits my 18" torso perfectly. The back mesh support frame is superb and rare for hiking pack this size. Weight is on the heavy side but not as heavy as similarly ventilated packs of this size on the market, and once properly fitted it doesn't feel heavy at all, even when fully loaded. No zigzag compression straps on the side mesh bottle pockets which is a huge plus. On my Osprey pack I have to remove them because all they do is getting in the way. Organization is good too. Built quality is very good and seems really robust. Color is quite beautiful (the orange is darker than depicted on the photo). I didn't use the hydration bladder so no comment on that. This is the part that can easily replaced. Magnetic clip system on sternum strap is very convenient. Sunglass holder is nice too. The waist belt padding are thick and cushy and shaped just right for my hips, while the side pockets are very roomy for all kinds of nick nacks and even a smaller phone. Note: even though my Samsung S9+ with a thin case would fit inside the side pocket when the pocket is lying flat, they wouldn't fit when worn on the body due to the curved nature of the waist line.Con: this is a major one for me. The shoulder straps are uncomfortable: the end of the padded straps and the buckles form a hard bulge that rub against my inner upper arms and side breast area, right below the armpits. I have never experienced this with other Gregory day packs before. Something about the shape/length of the padded shoulder straps didn't work out for me. They curve too much toward my armpits compared to my Osprey pack. If it's slightly forward a bit I probably wouldn't feel the bulge. I have only worn the pack indoors. If I wear it for hours on a trail the rubbing would be a big issue. For reference I am 5'5" 120lb with a slender frame.Sigh. This would be the perfect day pack as it's extremely comfortable in every other way and has enough room to hold everything plus a hydration bladder in its own compartment. I am only taking off one star because I have read through all the online reviews and this is not a common problem. That means it's still a great pack. It's just not for my body.

My favorite backpack
Comes with 3L bag, I am just in love with it. The color is beautiful and stands out. Love the hip support, back panel is amazing and breathable so my back is not all sweaty.

Best Hydration Backpack
I’ve been looking for certain features and fit in a hydration pack for a long time and this backpack checked all my boxes. The hipbelt fits perfectly and is comfortable. The mesh backpanel provided enough space for ventilation and helped prevent a sweaty back on a 5 mile hike. The only flaw I found was that my 24oz hydroflask only fits on one side of the mesh side pockets. I expected it to fit on both sides. The only thing I would recommend is investing on a bite valve cover.
