The name says it all. It's organic, heritage wheat. It's easy to digest. It makes great bread and desserts. It makes great pizza dough. It's unbleached and just like our grandmothers and great grandmothers baked with.

Doesn’t make my stomach hurt
So far so good. I have always had digestive issues with baked goods using white flour but this has been a lot better on my digestive tract.

Works for Me
Being gluten sensitive, I read that this flour could be easier to digest and not cause some of the problems I have with wheat. So far, I haven't had any issues eating the items I've made with it, but I also limit my gluten intake to only once a week. I call this purchase a win for me. Although the flour is pricey, it's on par with the cost of gluten free flours. I'll keep buying it as long as I keep tolerating it.
