I had great fun cleaning things around my house. The only issue is the cord isn’t long enough to clean your windows outside so you need an extension lead which is a bit of a faff. Would have been better if it was cordless. It does a great job though and gets really hot, so be careful! I do like the safety of it. You can not remove the lid unless all the steam has been emptied. Good value for money and easy to use.

I use this steam cleaner to reach build up in comers out of the way. The steam jet is powerful and gets quite hot but not enough to burn you. Cleans great! There are many attachments with it to clean different things. I also use this to steam cleaner furniture fabric and bedding. It can be a bit of a faff sometimes though. It’s slightly heavier than I expected, considering it can only hold around 1 cup of water at a time. It’s quite bulky and the lead is quite short meaning you have to use it, empty it, unplug it, refill it, and plug it in somewhere else if using in several locations. The inner brass takes a long time to cool down so it can be a faff if you’re in a rush. You could also easily burn yourself.If you can put these little things aside, it’s worth the buy. Best value for money of the options.

UPDATEit didn’t last very long and i’ve actually had to throw it away. inside was full of mold - i had read the instruction of caring correctly but i’m not sure how this has happened.. then the cap just wouldn’t budge and it was so unusable, shame really..i’ve been steaming everything from my mattress to my clothes to my mirror i think this can do everything. the water tank it quite small so you do have to keep refilling but i managed to do a whole double mattress.

Works well, cant refill till its completely cooled down, and cant get Attachments on.

Fresh out the box I was impressed with the amount of attachments and size of this, pretty decent for a handheld steamer. The advertised amount to hold liquid was 350ml however only 250ml can be held inside this.I was impressed upon first use once I figured out how to work it, I began to see how to work with grout etc. however it ran out of liquid, I unplugged it, let it cool, however the lid would not unscrew no matter how hard I tried, pushing down like a child lock, spinning, spinning anti clockwise etc. - nobody else seemed to be able to do it either. The design of the product meant that everytime I tried to turn it, my skin would scrape on the join of plastic of the main body, cutting my finger everytime, causing a deep cut.I plugged it back in to try and wake the sensor up inside so it would realise it's cold and fully depressed of steam, therefore ready to open and refill (1 hour after first use). The plug sparked in my socket, causing the entire kitchen fuse to blow, which I had to reset, thankfully no damage to the mains.I tried to change the fuse but still had no luck, sadly rendering this product completely unusable, another waste of plastic material that will undoubtedly go to landfill.Do not buy this product - I have reported it to Amazon as lots of people have had a similar issue or worse, been scalded. This product is simply not safe.

Nice and easy to use

I never leave reviews but I feel I need to tell everyone how good this is for the money!Everyone’s saying the cap is impossible to get off and it needs filling too often, it leaks ect - in my experience, it’s been fantastic!Aslong as you unplug and leave to cool down for a few minutes, the top comes straight off, I steamed my kitchen floor, cupboards and oven and only refilled it twice!No leaks experienced. It’s been a dream and it’s made cleaning so easy and enjoyable! Can’t wait to tackle the bathroom, shower and windows!!!Really do recommend!

Absolutely disappointed with this product. It lacks pressure to effectively remove the majority of dirt. The size of the water capacity is inefficient and you cannot refill immediately in the process of cleaning as its spurts due to heat, so quite dangerous. Was dubious when ordered, and now having used understand what some of the comments were coming from and will be purchasing a Karcher instead of. Having already requested a refund.
