Q: Does this product have corn, wheat, dairy or soy in it...

I'm allergic to corn so I understand the importance of this question and if you have an allergy, I would pass on this product. Here's what the labeling says... contains 100 mg of Kaneka QH Ubiquinol (US registered trademark). Other ingredients: "Medium Chain Triglycerides, Citrus Extract, Capsule (Tilapia Fish Gelatin)". Nowhere on the bottle is there any disclaimer that is doesn't contain something; it is noted as "Contains Fish (Tilapia)". I did have a reaction when I took one of these operating under the assumption that it would be allergen free since it was a Mercola product. If you have any type of allergy, I would avoid taking this.You can view the entire label at Mercola's website. Q: This is disappointing that it contains tilapia. Tilapia is a manmade fish. What warrants the price for this??

I too was concerned about the tilapia so I contacted Dr. Mercola's customer service. Here's the response: "The tilapia is used for only its gelatin in order to create a sustainability for the product in transit and for consumption. We strip the ingredient of any toxins and purify it until we are only able to extract a portion of the gelatin. Dr. Mercola feels that the benefits that can be gained from taking the product far outweigh any risk associated with the minute amounts of any controversial ingredients. We will gladly pass along the feedback as we can understand the concern."

Q: is this vegetarian? if not, is the cap made from beef and not a pork product, please?

This products capsules are made out of fish gelatin. Hope this helps!

Q: do you have 150mg dosage?

I use the 100mg dosage. And have not come across 150mg. Dose. Solgar makes a few variations of dosages as well. Check their website,
