Healthy alternative to wheat pasta. There's a narrow window between being undercooked and chewy or overcooked and squishy, just don't walk away while cooking. You'll think you're eating regular pasta. Not sticky or gluey. Great product

Best Gluten Free Pasta Option
Bonza provides the perfect option to wheat pastas with great flavor and healthier. I find I'm feeling full after smaller portions, which I attribute to this protein rich pasta. Also saving on carbohydrates and increasing fiber. It took me a long time to find a replacement to conventional pastas but once I found Bonza I knew I'd made the right choice to change.

These are good, but they're not as good as the lentil ...
These are good, but they're not as good as the lentil pastas. The only reason I bought these is because the kids are still attached to the macaroni shape. They taste fine, bu they're texture is more grainy than chewy. They reheat ok, but again, no where near as well as the lentil pasta. I wouldn't buy again.

Can't tell the difference from regular white elbows.
My doctor indicated that I do not eat whites. Since I found Banza chickpea pasta shell, elbows and pasta version, I can now enjoy my pasta dishes without guilt. I made baked macaroni with cheese and replaced elbow macaroni with chickpea elbows and my sister did not notice a difference in taste! She could not believe that it was chickpea elbows.
