Did the trick, needed to extend brass elbow fitting for shower. 👍

Leaked
Tap tail was just a tad too short...and this worked perfectly to solve that. Few twists of PTFE and off you go.Edit: it leaked after 1 month and ruined some flooring underneath.

Not great - difficult to get seal
Fairly expensive and eventually removed as couldn’t get a good seal on ether thread. Possibly down to the length of the thread which didn’t screw in very far. Once I removed all 4 of them the seal was perfect straight away.

Made fitting new taps so easy
I bought new taps for my bathroom and found the screw threads on them were 3/4" shorter than the old taps, meaning the pipes ( copper ) wouldn't reach. Looked at using flexible pipes, but they would have kinked, so weren't n option. These extensions were perfect - screwed into place with new felt washers and they then easily fitted to the existing pipwork
