At first I was exited about my new Laptop. It's slim and powerful, but as time passed by the bad quality started to show its self. I have 2 MSI laptops both of them are falling apart. First case is fully plastic and there is no aluminum frame to hold the screen, so on both of the laptops screen holders broke off. The cooling fans are another problem they start to make noise after few months. I replaced keep the fan twice and over time it starts to make rattling noise again. Drivers keep on having compatibility issues on every other Windows update, I have to reinstall old drivers often. Over all MSI is cheap trash!!!

Over a year of having it, First started overheating and shutting down while playing games, then WiFi card died . For this money this stuff should not happen. I bought WI Fi usb adapter and fan cooler under laptop so I can use it.Need bigger SSD and few more usb ports.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I really wanted to like this computer, because it has a lovely screen and I had high expectations for it. But with sparing use the laptop keeps on shutting itself down while running Fortnite. A total shutdown. The laptop gets hot around the keyboard area, too hot, within just 5 mins of booting up the game.Contacting MSI support is perhaps one of the worst things ever, because earlier attempts to update the hardware software, BECAUSE of problems facing the computer, were met with "no need to update".If I could return this machine I definitely would.
